About The Position

Concrete Production Openings We are looking for individuals with good attendance records, comfortable working with their hands and doing physical work. Hours: Shifts start at either 6 a.m. or 7a.m. M-F. Work till concrete sets which ideally is around 3:30 pm or will roll into overtime. Occasional overtime on Saturdays Salary: $18.00 with + $1/hr increase after 90 days with good attendance Bonus eligibility of additional $3/hr increasing your rate to $21/hr when you have perfect attendance for the week. After 90 days becomes $22/hr. Available first week of employment if meet requirements Benefits: work clothing provided 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off (PTO) Vision insurance Paid Holidays Duties for Concrete Production and Pouring Mix and pour concrete into prepared forms Assist with removing product from molds/forms Clean and oil all forms Maintain and utilize the forms properly Perform daily work area clean up Good attendance and dependability Essential Functions: Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to seventy-five (75) pounds comfortably).
