About The Position

Fiamma Pizza is looking for an experienced cook to join our team! You will be preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas, pastas and salads to order. We are looking for someone excited about food. Requirements

Able to obtain a WA State Food Handlers Card
Previous experience in a restaurant environment of 1 year
Effective communication skills
Ability to lift 30+ lbs
Ability to work standing for 7+ hours

Responsibilities

Prepare our recipes to order
To guarantee safe and sanitary food handling practices, inspect and clean food preparation facilities such as equipment and work surfaces, as well as serving areas.
Check for quality and maintain rotation of products to ensure freshness of food and ingredients.
Regulate and monitor the temperature of ovens, warmers, and refrigeration to ensure food is stored, cooked, and served at the proper temperature
Maintain temperature logs, keep walk-in cooler freezer organized
Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism
