About The Position

We are hiring a reliable Lawn Care & Fertilization Technician to perform professional fertilizer applications and turf treatments for residential landscape properties. This position centers on promoting healthy lawns and plant growth through accurate product application, proactive problem identification, and consistent service delivery. The right candidate brings hands-on lawn care or landscape maintenance experience and is comfortable working outdoors while safely handling application equipment and service vehicles.

Requirements

Prior experience in lawn fertilization, turf management, or landscape maintenance preferred
Knowledge of turfgrass health, nutrient programs, and application techniques
Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance
Ability to manage daily routes efficiently and maintain productivity

Responsibilities

Apply fertilizers, weed control products, and soil conditioners to residential turf and landscaped areas
Inspect lawns and plants to identify disease, pest, or nutrient deficiencies
Recommend corrective treatments to improve turf health and appearance
Operate, calibrate, and maintain spreaders, sprayers, and related equipment
Drive designated service routes and complete treatments according to schedule
Maintain detailed service documentation and treatment records
Follow environmental regulations, safety standards, and proper chemical handling procedures
Communicate clearly with homeowners regarding services provided and follow-up care recommendations
