About The Position

We are seeking a dependable Fertilizer Technician to apply fertilizer and lawn care treatments across residential landscape properties. This role focuses on proper product application, plant and turf health, and maintaining high-quality landscape standards.
The ideal candidate has experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance and is comfortable working outdoors while operating application equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in lawn care, fertilization, or landscape maintenance preferred
• Working knowledge of turf care and fertilizer application techniques
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
• Ability to manage routes and maintain service efficiency

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers, soil amendments, and turf treatments to residential lawns and landscaped areas
• Identify turf and plant health issues and recommend appropriate corrective treatments
• Operate and maintain application equipment and service vehicles safely
• Maintain accurate service records and adhere to treatment schedules
• Follow environmental guidelines, safety procedures, and industry best practices
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding services performed and recommendations
