Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Prior experience operating a forklift is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a warehouse setting
Responsibilities
- Unload bulk delivery trucks and place items into the correct bays
- Load customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely
- Operate forklift to handle large and bulk materials
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Load fertilizer into bulk bags for distribution
- Prepare and load customer fertilizer orders for delivery or pickup
