About The Position
The Temporary Fernecrest Selections Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Fernecrest Welcome Center by assisting with open house preparation, visitor engagement, and sales operations, while also providing hands on support through the selection process. This role is also tasked with helping manage walk in traffic, follow ups on leads, collaborating closely with counselors to ensure a smooth, well-organized experience for depositors and prospects.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in technology and systems management - Office Suite (Google and/or Microsoft), and database systems
- Exceptional Customer Service & Hospitality Skills – Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and warmth when interacting with clients and guests, including strong sales awareness, clear communication, organizational abilities, and effective telephone and reception skills.
- Strong Team Collaboration & Organizational Skills - Acts as a strong team player who actively contributes to and facilitates the achievement of organizational and departmental goals.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Executive Assistant experience, preferably with retirement communities
- Previous sales or marketing experience
Responsibilities
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the overall Fernecrest project, including floor plans, pricing, and key features
- Follow up with leads generated from Fernecrest events and schedule site visits or appointments, as appropriate
- Selections Support
- Maintain and track a weekly list of units requiring selections
- Assist with scheduling selection appointments and support counselors in filling appointment time slots
