Requirements
- Active unrestricted license in any State or U.S. territory
- Board Certified by the American Board of Urology (ABU) or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery Certification in Urology
- Fellowship trained in the sub-specialty of Female Urology
- BLS/ACLS (AHA)
- DEA Certificate
- NPI
- Hospital Privileges required
Responsibilities
- Perform complex urodynamics with specialized equipment.
