A well-established, physician-led dermatology group in the Houston area is seeking a fellowship-trained Mohs Surgeon to join its growing practice. This is a full-time, procedure-focused role built around efficiency, volume and strong clinical infrastructure—designed for a surgeon who wants to practice Mohs at a high level without unnecessary friction. Opportunity Highlights 4-day workweek with a full-time schedule and the option to practice 100% Mohs, or incorporate excisions or general dermatology if desired High and growing Mohs volume, currently averaging 4+ cases per day with continued demand across the practice Multiple nearby locations to maximize surgical volume, all within a 15–20 mile radius On-site Mohs lab with experienced histotechnologists and streamlined clinical workflows Lucrative compensation package including full benefits, retirement match, PTO, malpractice coverage and potential sign-on or relocation assistance Practice Environment This is a private practice setting with a strong reputation, stable referral base and modern operations.
