Requirements

Bachelor’s degree OR 2+ years of experience in:
Sales
Customer service
Hospitality
Retail
Military
Commission-based or performance-driven roles
Strong communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

Responsibilities

Evaluate loan applications and explain mortgage products to clients
Guide borrowers through the loan approval process from start to finish
Work with banks, credit unions, and financial institutions to ensure accurate and compliant loan processing
Train directly under top-producing Mortgage Bankers and leadership
Learn and apply proven sales strategies through hands-on coaching
Make and take calls using warm leads from multiple referral and lead sources
Utilize CRM and loan origination systems effectively
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and referral partners
Participate in sales meetings, contests, and performance-based incentives
