The 2026 USTA Fellowship in Tennis Coaching & Leadership program will train the next generation of tennis coaches. The Fellowship will provide aspiring professionals with a unique, immersive, and accelerated training opportunity with the USTA and is structured to deliver significant experiential and leadership training while concurrently pursuing the USTA Coaching Professional Coach certification. The USTA seeks to identify up to 16 candidates for this accelerated 12-week Program, which will begin on May 18 and conclude on August 7, 2026. Duration: 12 weeks (May 18 - August 7, 2026) Three Locations: USTA National Campus (Orlando, FL), Midtown Athletic Club (Chicago, IL), and Denver Tennis Park (Denver, CO). (The site selected isn’t guaranteed) Key Features: Practical and experiential opportunity to apply coaching theory Mentoring by, USTA Coaching Senior Coach Developers, Facility Directors, Head Professionals and subject matter experts. Professional engagement with various USTA Staff including National Campus Head Professionals, mental skills specialists, strength and conditioning coaches, pro shop staff, and USTA Player Development coaches Leadership skills development Concurrently pursuing completion of USTA Coaching Professional Coach certification which includes: Online Courses Portfolio Assignments & Assessments On- Court Micro Coaching
