Your Role: Feedyard Training and Customer Success Associate As the Feedyard Training and Customer Success Associate, you will be part of the Elanco Knowledge Solutions team leading the training of feedyard management and processing crews to operate PenPoint Sort accurately and efficiently maximizing the value of the service to our customers. In addition to direct customer training, you will provide a key resource to our account managers to discuss and demonstrate system capabilities to potential clients to expand the reach of the technology. Lastly, you will have an active role in system installations and field support ensuring equipment continues to operate as expected.
