About The Position

This clerical position supports the Feed Mill Management with various clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent attendance record/4 points or less 1+ years of experience in this field or equivalent office work history.
  • Be able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent computer skills including electronic mail, data entry, good organizational skills and follow through.
  • Communicate effectively with other hourly employees and plant management.
  • Ability to work under stressful situations, deadlines, and sometimes conflicting timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking and reporting of employee timesheets.
  • Completes paperwork for the Feed Mill, employees, and drivers.
  • Completes and maintains reporting for feed mill.
  • Assists in data entry and record keeping.
  • Assists in event planning, as needed.
  • Serves as backup and performs dispatcher duties, as needed.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of all employee data.
  • Assists with various special projects as assigned.
  • Escalates problematic issues to Feed Mill Management.
  • Processes mail, routes phone calls to the appropriate party, etc.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
