About The Position

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor. Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining operational areas of the mill, upkeep of the grounds and landscaping around the mill, and assist with ingredients receiving when needed while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
  • Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.

  • The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • CLEANING OF FEED MILL (SWEEPING, SHOVELING, MOPPING, ETC)
  • RELIEVE FEED MAKER AND DISPATCHER AS NEEDED.
  • WEIGH INGREDIENT TRUCKS AND ANNOTATE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENATION.
  • UNLOAD WAREHOUSE DELIVERY TRAILERS.
  • CLEAN EQUIPMENT MAGNETS AS REQUIRED.
  • PERFORM INVENTORIES OF FEED INGREDIENT BINS.
  • PERFORM A DAILY MICRO- INGREDIENT BAG COUNT FOR FDA RECORD.
  • Hours from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
  • WORK SOME WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED.
  • THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE(S) MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO PERFORM THE PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB WITH OR WITHOUT A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION.
