Primary Objectives of Position: Manufacture and inspect feed and related products efficiently Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service Follow all federal, state, OSHA, FSMA, and cooperative policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds or more on a regular basis
• Able to operative forklift and other warehouse machinery
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, kneel, and have good leg and finger dexterity

Nice To Haves

• Preference given to candidates with an agriculture background or experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with local mix schedule and prepare mixes to specifications
• Load customer purchases on site
• Maintain equipment on a regular schedule
• Ensure sales tickets are made out prior to loading and delivery
• Work with customers to resolve problems or concerns
• Assist in all preventative maintenance and housekeeping
• Collect feed samples in accordance with company policies
