Position Summary: This position is responsible for stocking all micro bins for finished feed and all record keeping in correspondence with standard mill procedures.

Requirements

Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months. If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.
Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
Rehire Rule of no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification.

Nice To Haves

Applicants with previous agricultural or production experience will be considered preferred.

Responsibilities

Fill finished feed and micro bins for inventories. (80%)
Monitor all batch reports and production records and batching, pelleting equipment. (10%)
Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice. Such as: Co‐ordinate with dispatcher all feed production planning, Perform simple math as part of Loading formulas into computer system Tyson Mill Control System, Minimal cleaning of mill equipment, Follow all Blow Down Permits, Recovers initial feed samples.
