About The Position
Utilize your organization skills and livestock knowledge to ensure our feed mills are running smoothly and efficiently. As a Feed Mill Operator, you will: Oversee the manufacturing of feed and complete the required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner to meet compliance standards Keep the flow of feed running efficiently by weighing ingredients ahead of time, maintaining bin levels, and performing upkeep and maintenance Work with the rest of the feed team to assist in the warehouse, deliver feed, and provide quality customer service Take advantage of our lifetime income plan, outstanding benefits package, a friendly and safe work environment, and provide a valuable service to the local community by utilizing your skills in this rewarding position.
