About The Position
We are seeking a dependable and safety‑focused Feed Manufacturing Assistant to join our feed production team on second shift. This role is critical to producing high‑quality livestock feed while maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and safety throughout mill operations.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Agriculture, farm, or livestock experience preferred
- CDL is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Produce and manufacture feed according to daily production schedules
- Operate feed mill equipment and computerized manufacturing systems
- Receive and handle ingredients safely and accurately
- Load trucks and bag feed products
- Perform routine feed mill maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
