Feed Delivery and/or Feed Manufacturing
About The Position
Premier Cooperative is seeking a Feed Delivery or Manufacturing Operator to support daily feed mill production and delivery operations at our Mineral Point location. This role plays a key part in manufacturing high‑quality feed products, safely delivering feed to customers, and supporting overall plant operations to meet customer and business needs. This position requires flexibility to assist with both feed manufacturing and delivery based on daily operational demands. Feed Manufacturing Operate feed mill equipment including mixing, grinding, and bagging systems Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), safety standards, and quality controls Maintain cleanliness and organization of the mill and work areas Assist with routine maintenance of equipment and facilities Load and unload ingredients and finished feed products Feed Delivery Safely deliver bulk and bagged feed to customer locations Operate delivery vehicles in compliance with DOT and company policies Complete daily trip reports and required documentation accurately Perform basic vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs Provide professional customer service during deliveries General Duties Follow all company, safety, and regulatory policies Communicate operational issues to supervisors promptly Assist in other areas of the Mineral Point location as needed Work extended hours during peak seasons when required
Requirements
- Valid CDL or ability to obtain (based on assignment)
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to work in dusty environments and varying temperatures
- Willingness to work flexible hours and seasonal overtime
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team

- Manufacturing, agriculture, or mechanical experience preferred (training provided)
