About The Position
The Florida Bar is currently seeking to fill several part-time (20-30 hours per week) seasonal positions to assist with its annual fee processing. Schedule: Monday - Friday. Positions will last from approximately May through September. Morning Shift: 8:00am – 12:30pm Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm – 5:30pm
Requirements
- Prior customer service, basic accounting and/or clerical experience.
Responsibilities
- Processing incoming mail
- Recording cash receipt transactions
- Scanning, proofing and reconciling batch details
- Fielding member calls
- other duties as assigned based on workflow demands
