About The Position
ICL is seeking compassionate and culturally competent Licensed Fee-For-Service Therapists to provide clinical interventions to children and adults in a hybrid setting—both in-person at our clinics and virtually. As part of a collaborative therapeutic team, you’ll work closely with medical, psychiatric, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care tailored to each client’s needs. Requirements
- Must hold one of the following New York State licenses: LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAT
- Completion of clinical internship(s) during master’s program
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated cultural competency and sensitivity
Nice To Haves
- Fluency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
