About The Position

We are seeking a proactive Summer Intern to support our FedRAMP compliance and cloud security initiatives. As part of our team, you will assist with research on FedRAMP updates, policy changes, and RFC publications, support assessments where possible, and help update internal processes through interviews. You will contribute to process unification, improvements, and technical issue investigations, as well as maintain templates and training environments. This role will also support onboarding material development, refine internal documentation, and optimize project tracking tools such as dashboards or collaborative platforms. Additional responsibilities include researching training opportunities, brainstorming internal training topics, maintaining a resource library, conducting peer reviews of documentation, and compiling control baselines for assessments. This role offers hands-on opportunities in cloud security, FedRAMP compliance, and technical writing, with training provided by the team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Information Systems, with a graduation date on or after Dec 1, 2026.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Interest in FedRAMP compliance, cloud security, and technical writing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following: Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a relevant field preferred.
