As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) leader, we don't just recommend technology—we architect, deploy, and optimize it. We are looking for a Cloud Planning & Business Development Intern who is part researcher, part storyteller, and part strategist. You will be a vital member of the team that bridges the gap between our technical experts and our future customers. If you’ve ever wondered how a massive tech company finds new customers and convinces them to upgrade their IT systems & Infrastructure, this role is for you. Curious about how a business decides what to do next? You’ll gain hands on experience conducting market research and customer needs to help shape data driven business strategies. You’ll work closely with our IT experts, sales and strategy teams and will learn from industry professionals, and gain hands-on experience in lead generation, partnership development, market positioning and marketing asset development. As an intern, you’ll gain hands on experience in lead generation, partnership development, market positioning and marketing asset development. You’ll sit in the middle of a "triangle" consisting of IT Experts, Sales, and Marketing. You’ll learn how to translate tech language into business language.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited Undergrad or Graduate program (Graduation date: 2026 or 2027).
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
  • Able to commit to a 10-week, 40-hour/week program starting June 8th, 2026.
  • Ability to commute to our Ridgefield Park, NJ office at least 3 days per week.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Technology, Security and Data management
  • Research skill, Collaboration, Accountability, Self-Management, Escalation and Project Management
  • Documentation and Presentation
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative, Linkedin, Canva, Figma
  • Fluency in English-US language (written and verbal)

  • Hands on experience in any specific area of Cloud Technology, Security and Data Management

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to understand the target industries and identify potential clients
  • Gather insights on client business needs, challenges, goals and relevant KPIs
  • Prepare Sales Decks, Brochures, and Customized Pitch Material
  • You’ll dive deep into specific industries—like retail or finance—to figure out who the major players are and, more importantly, what problems they are facing. You’ll identify the pain points that our Cloud technology can fix.
  • You will help design the stories we tell. This means taking complex technical concepts (like Cloud Security or Data Analytics) and turning them into engaging sales decks, brochures, and customized pitch materials that can be shared with your stakeholders.
  • You’ll learn how to find potential clients and figure out the best way to open the door for our sales team.
