The work study employee is a part-time employee under the direction and supervision of the Assistant to the Libraries and Academic Support Services Muncie/Henry County Campus.. The employee will receive a training period which will include a Part-Time Library Assistant Guide which will discuss in detail the following job duties listed below. Opening and closing procedures for the library. Checking in and checking library materials. Registering library users. Observing Circulation Desk protocol. Becoming familiar with the library’s web pages and resources. Becoming familiar with Just In Time accounts and procedures. Learning how to use the electronic pay system, Adobe Sign/EchoSign.
