Responsibilities

Manage a huge spreadsheet with every single interface, system and device.
Meet with the site, internal, external stakeholders to find out what will be in scope at each hospital.
Determine scope of work for interfaces and other deployment activities.
Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more Oracle engagements.
Monitor and report progress/changes against the plan.
Develop and systematically evaluate alternative course of actions to identify solutions if barriers arise.
Present progress and course of actions to gain consensus from all stakeholders in a timely manner.
Drive implementation by providing motivation and direction.
