General Description: The Federal Account Director will be responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing Strategic Business Plans for assigned accounts and expanding corporate relationships with key oncology stakeholders. These stakeholders will include VA/DOD Pharmacy Staff, medical directors, pharmacists, and other decision-makers in assigned accounts. Customers include, but are not limited to, VA/DoD, IHS (Indian Health Services), PHS, AMSUS, and Federal Bureau of Prisons. Hospital and Community accounts, including HOPA. The FADs will collaborate extensively with the Regional Sales Directors, Division Managers, Sales Account Managers, Market Access Marketing, and other market access colleagues to remove barriers to product access.
