The Family Empowerment Center (FEC) Engagement Manager directly supervises Philly Families CAN (PFCAN) Case Managers, collaborates with FEC Case Managers/Social Workers to effectively assess children needs through month specific assessments (ASQ), and leads efforts to expand FEC client engagement and partnerships. This position provides administrative support to the Director of Prevention Services and FEC Program Managers, as needed, and supervises FEC interns. This position occasionally requires availability after 5pm on weekdays or on the weekends to support staff with clients in emergency situations and to attend special community events. This position reports to the Director of Prevention Services. This is a Hybrid position with onsite work conducted at Congreso’s main office and in the community. The FEC Engagement Manager applies the principles of the organization’s signature service delivery approach, Primary Client Model (PCM™), by promoting a positive employee/client-focused experience that is appreciative of the unique strengths, values and needs that each individual brings; and by using data to inform and drive decision making.
