We are seeking a highly motivated FEA Engineer Intern with a strong foundation in solid mechanics and fracture mechanics to support the design, modeling, and reliability evaluation of next-generation MR optical modules. In this role, you will contribute to developing opto-mechanical finite element models to guide design decisions and optimize manufacturing processes. You will help build a robust simulation framework for structural integrity, with particular emphasis on fracture mechanics, adhesion and thin film deformation. Additionally, you will bridge the gap between simulation and physical testing by designing and executing targeted opto-mechanical experiments.
