Requirements

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, a professional appearance, great organizational skills as well as PC literacy in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Contract management experience a plus. Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
A minimum of three years customer service background and a minimum of two years experience in aviation sales and operations.
This position requires a true desire to care for flight departments, ground handling needs, and a desire for making Banyan Air Service the only place to stop when flying to South Florida.

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet customers with a list of previously arranged plans, if available, including printing directions to/from scheduled events, providing information regarding scheduled events, and reviewing itinerary of events if applicable.
Track all aircraft coming in to Ft. Lauderdale Executive and report prospective customers flying into Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International airport.
Anticipate and respond to customer special arrangements or requests for services (social event reservations, dining/lodging, event planning, etc.) and make arrangements by identifying appropriate providers
Give tours of Banyan on a regular basis to be certain customers are aware of all of our capabilities. Ensure all teammates are notified via e-mail prior to tours.
Represent Banyan at tradeshows, events, and functions as requested by the customer support manager.
Perform the duties of a Client Relations Specialist when required: greet and handle customer requests and perform marketing duties.
Have a strong working knowledge of each department, their capabilities, and the experience offered by Banyan with a focus on selling fuel and hangar space to new customers.
Coordinate your efforts with the director of FBO sales and client relations to identify a weekly target list of customers using the surrounding airports and FXE.
Perform cold calls to aircraft owners, dispatchers, and operators to prospect new business and nurture old business, while keeping a report of all calls.
Provide special service needs to customers as requested. Communicate to the team.
Build a Banyan image among Latin American aviation companies that our team understands their needs better than other FBOs in South Florida.
Maintain close communication with customer support and line service to assist in customer satisfaction to ensure customers become repeat customers.
Find resolution to problems, complaints, and create quotes and follow-up of customers in coordination with department managers within 24 hours.
