About The Position

Sweetwater, the nation's #1 online retailer of pro audio equipment and music instruments is seeking to hire a FBA Coordinator to add to our growing Distribution Center team. This individual will have the opportunity to create shipments from Sweetwaters' Distribution Center to Amazon FBA. Working along side our FBA Administrator, you'll work closely in assisting in the general work flow for our operational managers through; general logistic needs, inventory checking, and listing optimization.

This role has a Monday-Friday 2:00pm to 10:30pm schedule.

Requirements

• Understanding package deadlines & multi-tasking capabilities.
• Proficient Mac computer skills
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• A curiosity to learn & adapt to the roles functions.
• Ability to regularly lift/move at least 50 pounds throughout your shift.

Responsibilities

• Create and modify inventory holds using our in house system; 4D.
• Curate a list of items needing pulled for shipments.
• Generate UPS shipping labels, in addition to LTL pickups for FBA shipments.
• Apply FBA specific labels to outbound packages.
• Maintain as well as identify potential changes for FBA processing for better efficiency.
• Identify & resolve mislabeled packages.
