The Fatherhood Program Manager works closely with agency staff and leadership to support delivery of services through the Project Fatherhood and ECE programs, and the implementation of CII’s strategic plan. Builds relationships with community-based organizations, partners, stakeholders, and state/federal subject matter experts to drive the growth of the Community programs that further CII’s reputation and service delivery in the community. Ensures that CII services and supports align with and further CII’s commitment to equity for all participants and that the Community programs meet their stated objectives and outcomes.
