Requirements
- Previous retail management and sales experience
- Familiarity with Rent To Own management practices
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Initiative to take on challenges
- Ability to navigate and diffuse difficult situations with customers
- Ability to exceed customer expectations
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting tasks, including loading and unloading freight trucks in the warehouse
- Assist in delivery and pick up tasks in customer's homes
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Learn our processes and enhance sales and customer service
- Master all the basics of our business
- Eventually oversee collections and sales
- Help with setting up captivating showroom displays that attract customers and drive furniture sales
- Learn inventory control policies
- Supervise a dedicated staff, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent service and meet sales targets
- Foster an energetic environment where the team can engage with customers effectively
- Enhance customer experience as they explore rent-to-own options and quality appliances
- Play a pivotal role in elevating our store's performance and promoting a culture of excellence
