Under the direction of the general manager, you perform duties that help the restaurant meet all assigned goals. You help maintain a positive and productive work environment where employees feel great and are motivated to do their best. Every day, you oversee the day-to-day operations as customers are served tasty chicken. When needed, you train staff on company processes and coach them on how to provide fantastic customer service. You are always available to answer staff questions and lend a helping hand. If a customer has a major complaint or is very unhappy, you step in to appease them and solve the issue.
