This position will be tasked with some of the following key objectives: Collaborate with store team to develop strategies for achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales goals Work with customers on concerns or challenges, as well as looking for opportunities for new accounts and market growth Implement and maintain staffing needs and scheduling Serve as subject matter expert for merchandise and services within the store Manage proper product usage, drive inventory counts and management of supplies – anticipating customer needs and market demands Some positions will have the following work environment qualities.
