About The Position

Are you reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to work in a practical, outdoor environment with livestock? Sofina Foods is looking for motivated individuals to join our Outdoor Pig Farming Operations in the Morayshire area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work and is open to learning. While experience in agriculture is an advantage, it’s not essential – we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in your role. Due to the rural locations of our farms, having your own transport is essential. Starting Rate : £12.21 Experienced Rate (12 months +) : £12.61 Senior Rate : £13.50 Hours of work – Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm (approx). Friday 8am to 4pm. (Weekend work is required on a rota basis). Every third Thursday 4am to 1pm (Start time with Seasonal Variability). Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions A self-starter with good reliability and timekeeping Open to learning new skills and working as part of a supportive team Able to travel to remote sites independently Agricultural experience is helpful but not required – we’ll help you build the knowledge and skills you need.
