SummaryThe Farm Laborer performs various duties that allow for the assortment of agricultural product. 

Requirements

• Work days will include some evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on business need and schedule, ability to work this schedule.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work in a hot environment for long periods of time.
• Able to work well with other's in a fast paced environment.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to be on time for shift.
• Prior experience in general farming operations.
• 1 year – agricultural, packaging or labor experience

Responsibilities

• Assists with building maintenance such as painting, cleaning, etc.
• Assists with irrigation equipment.
• Light equipment operation.
• Other duties as assigned
