About The Position
A private family in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a reliable and hands-on Farm Hand/Handyman to assist with daily property and farm operations. This role involves general property maintenance and care, lawn care and upkeep, organizing farm storage and barn areas, checking in on and feeding animals, fencing repairs and installation, and a variety of outdoor and farm-related tasks as needed. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, is comfortable handling physical work, can work independently while following direction, and takes pride in maintaining land and structures. Applicants must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varying weather conditions, and have prior experience with farm work, property maintenance, or handyman tasks preferred. Schedule: Start time between 7:00–8:00 AM (sunrise)(Everyday is possible). Flexible schedule of approximately 30–40 hours per week, with some flexibility required based on weather, seasonal needs, and farm priorities.
