About The Position
The Farm Attendant cares for the animals and ensures compliance was health and sanitation regulations at the Stew Leonard’s Little Animal Farm.
Requirements
- Entry level position
- No prior experience required, but a passion for animals a plus

- Position requires prolonged exposure to outdoor heat and frequent pushing, pulling, bending, and lifting of 50 pounds.
- Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude, ensuring that each customer feels welcome and appreciated.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store, offering assistance and support where needed.
- Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
- Create a memorable shopping experience for our customers
- Be a positive ambassador for the store, representing our S.T.E.W. values in all interactions with customers and team members. You are the biggest WOW!

Responsibilities
- Ensure animal corrals are clean of feces
- Ensures animals are fed and have water
- Maintain required logs and records for farm maintenance and animal care
- Report any potential illness to veterinarian or store manager
- Adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
- Assist in other duties, as assigned
