About The Position

Keel Point is one of the nation's leading Multi‑Family Office and Private Wealth Management firms, serving multigenerational families with complex wealth and deep purpose. We are seeking an experienced, relationship‑driven Family Wealth Manager to join our Tysons Corner Family Office team. This is a high‑impact role for a professional who combines technical depth, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead sophisticated, multi‑disciplinary projects on behalf of ultra‑high‑net‑worth families. The Family Wealth Manager works closely with a Family Wealth Director and collaborates with internal and external experts to deliver comprehensive, values‑aligned family office services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, family office, or a related advisory discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in parallel with precision and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, ideally with experience serving UHNW clients.
  • Mature professional judgment, high integrity, and a service‑first mindset.

Nice To Haves

  • CFP®, CPA, JD, or other advanced professional credential strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Family Wealth Directors to develop and advance holistic strategies for multi‑generational family clients.
  • Translate family goals into actionable plans addressing tax, estate, investment, philanthropic, governance, and financial management needs.
  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of client strategies and multi‑workstream projects.
  • Create and manage structured project plans, timelines, milestones, and delegation strategies to ensure timely, accurate delivery.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, advisors, attorneys, accountants, bankers, and other partners.
  • Work closely with internal and external specialists in investments, tax, estate planning, insurance, and financial operations to resolve issues and surface opportunities.
  • Serve as a technical resource and mentor to Family Office Associates.
  • Take ownership of delivering a best‑in‑class client experience, including distilling complex technical concepts into clear, meaningful guidance.
  • Develop agendas and materials for client meetings and family meetings.
  • Proactively identify additional needs and opportunities to strengthen family outcomes.
  • Build strong, enduring relationships with new and existing family clients.
