About The Position

As a Family Support Specialist, Foster Care, you will provide support to children in care through transportation, one-on-one respite services and oversee family visits. You will report to the Program Supervisor and work onsite with travel required. Responsibilities: Transportation of children to visits and appointments. Oversee family visits using the family visit coaching model. One-on-one support for the children. Maintain cultural sensitivity, competence, and client confidentiality. You will work 40 hours per week with a shifting schedule based on the needs of the program which includes some evenings and occasional weekends. Document comprehensive notes on observations and services provided. Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements
