About The Position

The Family Support Provider (FSP) will develop a support system for parents/families that have a child with a severe behavioral or emotional disorder. The FSP will help families build natural supports and link them to resources in their community. FSP#s provide moral support during crisis, attend meetings with the family, and help empower the family to be a voice for their best treatment. The FSP teaches and models how to overcome obstacles with clients. Attending meetings, trainings, and staffing will also be expected.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Family Support Training (Due Upon Hire)
