Under supervision of the Community Manager, the Family Support Coordinator assists residents in assessing needs and obtaining services, with the goal of promoting successful tenancies and helping residents achieve and maintain maximum independence and self-sufficiency. This position reports directly to the Community Manager and receives support from RAMs Resident Services Director. Incumbent is expected to have excellent attendance and communication skills, possess the ability to build lasting business relationships, and exhibit professionalism.
