About The Position

THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY This position is located in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. Family Services Specialist III Annual Salary: H14C $44,272.80 + Full State Employee Benefits Travel is EXTENSIVE. Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance. This is a full-time position in an office setting and will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Incumbents perform at the specialist level, where employees are designated as the lead workers or backup supervisors to lower level employees, or are responsible for carrying a complex and difficult case load.

Requirements

THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO CURRENT OKDHS EMPLOYEES ONLY
a master’s degree
a bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of experience in professional social work
an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of experience in professional social work for each year of the bachelor’s degree
three (3) years of experience as a Family Services Specialist
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain required car insurance.

Responsibilities

Assigning caseloads
Providing training in caseload principles and practices
Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations as well as agency policy and procedures.
Coordinate an interdisciplinary treatment team
Assigned multiple county or district wide responsibility for the provision of social services
Act as a project director
