The incumbent supports the daily operation of the permanency program through a variety of functions including supporting the adoption unit, reviewing and analyzing foster care placement information on Kids in Custody placement reports, tracking and reviewing FOCUS database information for children in each region to be reviewed by the Permanency Planning Committee (PPC), maintaining regional lists of children in foster care who need to be reviewed by the PPC, maintaining a spreadsheet of foster care children that have been reviewed by PPC, preparing for all PPC meetings, attending PPC meetings, and recording and disseminating meeting minutes. The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining regional review lists including PPC decisions and other data, maintaining spreadsheets listing foster care children, assisting with DELAdopt listing, researching adoption information requests and completing other duties as assigned.
