About The Position

Are you passionate about creating fun, safe, and engaging programs for kids? Join our team as a Family Services Coordinator, Full-time ! You’ll have the opportunity to lead programs that inspire and educate youth in our community.

Requirements

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• New Hire Orientation upon hire
• CPR Pro/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire
• Introduction to Listen First within 60 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children ages 2-11 (preferred); supervisory experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee YPLAY and Youth Activity Center programs, including planning activities, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff while providing ongoing performance feedback.
• Create arts, crafts, and fitness programs that encourage healthy lifestyles for kids aged 2-11.
• Interact with families to address concerns and build positive relationships.
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure supplies and facilities are well-maintained.
