About The Position

FULL TIME FAMILY SERVICES CASE MANAGER - LANCASTER COUNTY, PA Family Resource Specialist KidsFirst! In everything we do, the needs and concerns of youth and families are our fundamental concern. JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking an experienced Family Services Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support families in our community by providing them with resources, advice, and assistance. You will be responsible for connecting families with local services, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and other support services. As a Family Services Case Manager, you will also provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need, helping them find the resources they need to create a better future for their children. Requirements

Associates Degree Required.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
Pass current, applicable clearances.
Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Assess and engage families in service planning based on demonstrated needs.
Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence based and best practice approaches.
Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
