Requirements

Degree Required: Associate's degree in social work or related field, 2 years' experience with families and children ages, birth to five preferred.
License Required: Required to register with OCCRRA upon hire.

Responsibilities

Planning and implementing family events.
Collaborating with community partners and attending community events.
Recruitment and enrollment of children and families.
Assessing family needs, goal setting, and making community referrals.
Maintaining required follow-up and documentation.
Relate positively with young children and families.
Work cooperatively with other team members.
Meet basic requirements of local childcare regulatory agency.
Work occasional evenings and weekends.
