JOB DESCRIPTION: SUMMARY OF POSITION As the first point of contact for families referred to the program, this position completes the initial screening to determine eligibility for services and arranges for services and supports. Provides referrals, tracks resources in the community, and engages community members and/or organizations. WORK HOURS This position is scheduled Monday through Friday, with no on-call responsibilities. The role is full-time at 40 hours per week, with some schedule flexibility based on one’s availability and the needs of the families served. On occasion, attendance at a weekend fair or community event may be requested to help share information about the program and connect with the community. COMPENSATION The starting pay for this role is $17.10 per hour and may increase up to $18.88 per hour, depending on the experience obtained after earning a bachelor’s degree.
