About The Position

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Child First Family Resource Partner (FRP) – Clinton, NC to join our team. Your Role in Our Mission As a Child First Family Resource Partner, you’ll work with a licensed clinician to deliver home-based services that strengthen caregiver-child relationships and connect families to community supports. You’ll lead efforts to reduce stress by coordinating access to needed services, support family assessments and planning, and help navigate systems like mental health, DSS, and housing. This role includes travel between Sampson, Bladen, Columbus and Robeson and surrounding counties. Why Join Us? Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in child development, psychology, human services, or a related field

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years of experience working with diverse families and children under the age of 6
  • Knowledge of early childhood development and family risk factors
  • Familiarity with local community services and systems
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, Creole, etc.) are a plus
