About The Position

Nurtury is seeking a Family Partner to connect families with resources, support their engagement, and strengthen the family component of our Early Learning Centers. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for families, coordinate with community partners, and help families navigate early education, health, and social services.

Requirements

Hold an Associate’s Degree or higher in ECE, Psychology, Human Services, or in a related field.
Have 3 to 5 years of experience supporting families from diverse or underserved communities
Are knowledgeable about early childhood education, social services, and community resources
Are culturally responsive, sensitive, and skilled in handling confidential information
Are tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms
Are comfortable with local travel

Nice To Haves

Are Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Support families with enrollment, health, and early learning needs
Track attendance, goals, and progress in our systems
Provide one-on-one guidance and facilitate parent programs
Connect families with community resources and referrals
Collaborate with educators and represent Nurtury in the community
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Benefits

Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule
