Gameday is an innovative men's health clinic specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, weight management, peptide and vitamin therapies. (www.gamedaymenshealth.com). Set in a man-cave environment - plush with flat screen TV's, leather chairs, hardwood floors, and sports memorabilia - Gameday is revolutionizing the way men receive effective treatment. We have an in-house lab and do all patient testing on-site. Men want fast appointments and efficient care, and we deliver on both. (Our on-site lab gets testosterone levels back in 20 minutes!) We are hiring another part time or per diem Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to be a Clinic Director at our Clinic in Pleasanton! This position is for a rotating schedule that would require availability on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & possibly Friday's in the future.

Requirements

NP or PA degree from an accredited school.
Active medical license in good standing to practice in California.
At least three years experience in a related field such as Med Spa's or Clinical setting
Experience in offices focused on private concierge services with elective procedures
Experience with sales in a medical practice with elective procedures
Knowledge and understanding of Health & Fitness optimization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and sell in a cash pay high ticket environment.
Strong networking skills with new and existing relationships within the community, particularly Men’s Health.
Proven track record in business development and managing staff within the healthcare industry.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to exceed goals and drive business growth.
Comfortable working in a Men’s Health clinic specializing in Testosterone therapy and Erectile Dysfunction.
Active DEA Certificate, active Controlled Substance registration a plus
Completion of an on-site training course in California (cost covered by GameDay).
NP must be comfortable in a luxury concierge sales environment

Responsibilities

Provide office and staff guidance — working hand-in-hand with the Medical Director & Medical Assistants to create a positive, upbeat, collaborative and team-oriented environment.
Provide continuity of care under the supervision of our Medical Director by consulting with patients regarding treatment options, as well as developing and implementing care management plans.
Oversee and administer Testosterone Replacement treatments, including evaluating patients for low testosterone and, under the supervision of a physician, prescribing and administering testosterone therapy to optimize hormone levels.
Oversee and administer Erectile Dysfunction treatments, including Gainswave, PRP Shot, Trimix and prescription medications.
Oversee additional treatment plans for Weight Loss, Peptides and Vitamin Therapy.
Administer intramuscular injections and PRP injections as needed.
Drive and maintain clinic census goals.
Assist in lab operations — including (but not limited to) lab quality control, equipment calibration and accurate lab reporting.
Ensure practice compliance with all federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and executive leadership, to drive business development initiatives and align with organizational goals.
Support social media content and marketing team members on social media projects.
Consults are not your typical consults - you will receive labs in clinic during patient visit, gather medical history information, conduct your consult, recommend a treatment plan, and discuss pricing with the patient. The practice is concierge, cash pay only
